A doctor-led longevity programme

Ageing, measured.

A doctor-led programme for people of 45 and over. It starts with a conversation and careful measurement. Then you receive a plan written for you alone.

No commitment at this stage. You start from home. The clinic is in Istanbul.

What we measure, and why

By longevity, we mean how well you live in the years ahead: the strength to lift and carry, the balance to take the stairs without a second thought, a memory you can rely on. No one can promise you more years. We can measure, carefully, how you are ageing now, and plan with you from there.

Strength

Grip strength, and how easily you rise from a chair.

Movement

Your walking speed and your balance.

Endurance

How far you walk in six minutes.

Mind

Memory and attention, using a standard short test.

Blood

Blood sugar, cholesterol and a marker of inflammation. [Panel to confirm]

We record your starting point, then measure again at each follow-up. You see what has changed, and what has not.

Questions

Plain answers before anyone calls

These include the questions the NHS suggests you ask before medical care abroad. Every clinic should answer them plainly.

Who is the programme for?

People of 45 and over who want to understand how they are ageing, in numbers, and plan the years ahead with a doctor. It may not suit anyone looking for a quick fix, or whose health needs close local care.

Who is the medical team, and what are their qualifications?

Dr Emre Güvercin leads the programme and makes every medical decision. His training and registration are set out in full.

About Dr Güvercin
Can I ask the doctor questions before I commit?

Yes. You meet Dr Güvercin by video before any plan is made. You meet him again in person before anything takes place.

How the programme works
Do I have to travel to Istanbul?

Only if your plan includes time at the clinic. Your plan also sets out options that do not involve travel.

Is the consultation in English?

Yes. Dr Güvercin consults in English. [confirm]

What does the programme cost?

Every plan is written for one person, so there is no price list. Your written plan shows the full price and what it includes before you commit to anything.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Your written plan explains the risks, and what happens if there is a complication.

Read about care and safety
How is my aftercare coordinated?

Nine months of video follow-up and a contact line. With your consent, your GP receives a written summary.

Will my GP be told?

Only with your consent. We encourage you to talk to your GP. We can send them a summary of your plan before you travel, and a report afterwards.
